If certain goods are defective or broken, below the satisfactory level of quality, not in accordance with the description of the goods, or different from what was ordered, customers may request for a return or refund within 7 days from the date of receipt. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to inspection and verification of the returned product condition. Refund Method All approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase (e.g. credit card, online banking, e-wallet). This ensures accurate tracking of money movement and transaction history. Refund Amount The refund will cover the product purchase price only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent or defective product). Return Conditions Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Customers must provide the order number, proof of purchase, and photo evidence of the defect or issue. Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Processing Time Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–14 working days. The time for funds to reflect may vary depending on your payment provider. Dispute Policy If refunds are not processed via the original payment method or are delayed without valid reason, customers may dispute the transaction for credit not processed.
