3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation.
A contract of sale is formed only when we have received your full payment and have sent you an Order Confirmation email.
We accept payment via Credit Card, Online Bank Transfer, E-wallets.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, such as stock unavailability, errors in product information or pricing, or payment issues. If your order is canceled after you have made payment, we will issue a full refund.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time. The customer must also ensure that there is adequate access for the products to enter the premises doorway, staircase, and elevator dimensions.
If a delivery fails due to the customer's fault wrong address, no one to receive, insufficient access, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.

5. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
We only accept returns or exchanges for items with manufacturing defects or damages incurred during transit (which must be noted upon receipt).
